NO.9:-DO EXERCISE A LITTLE LIKE FOR ATLEAST 30-40 MINUTES AS IT WILL YOU BRING MORE FLOW OF OXYGEN TO THE BRAIN WHICH WILL ASSIST YOU IN YOUR STUDIES.(FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THIS PLZ DO A GOOGLE SEARCH).

NO.10:-MEDITATION CAN HELP YOU TO STAY CALM AND COOL UNDER PRESSURE AND VARIOUS STUDIES ALSO INDICATE THAT MEDITATION ALSO INCREASES THE CORTICAL AREAS RELATED WITH MEMORY AND REASONING AND REDUCES THE SIZE OF THE AMYGDALA(WHICH IS IS AWESOME).SO YOU CAN GO AHEAD AND START MEDITATION FOR 20 MINUTES A DAY.
